Please send an email to the artist at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and artist will see if this can be arranged based on current workload.
How is the artwork packed/delivered?
Each piece is safely packed and rolled in packaging tubes and delivered via Australia post. For safety, each piece will require signature upon arrival.
How do I flatten my piece once I take it out of the tube?
Of course, your piece may be curled up after being rolled up in the tube, that is completely normal and you can easily flatten your piece safely in two ways. 1. Place your piece with tissue (comes in tube) on top and place heavy books/magazines overtop and leave over night. An old school trick but works every time! 2. As each piece is 100% cotton, you can also iron your piece flat. I know sounds crazy right? Using low heat with no steam, place a piece of fabric on top of the painting to protect it and slowly iron out any curves/potential kinks (Only pick this option if you feel confident with an iron, if you’ve burned things before with an iron we would not recommend it).
Will I get a photo of my finished piece before it is sent out to me?
Yes, you will receive an email containing a photo of your artwork before it is shipped to you in order to ensure you are 100% happy with it.
What if my piece isn’t what I was expecting?
The artist wants to ensure that each customer is 100% happy with every piece so if you’re not completely satisfied with the colour palette, design etc. You can let the artist know and adjustments will be made accordingly or a new piece will be created if needed.
